Trong trường hợp bên mình (người mua) không giành được quyền vận chuyển, cụ thể là điều kiện CFR. Thì người mua thường có những yêu cầu ràng buộc về phương tiện vận chuyển, người vận chuyển mà cụ thể ở đây là tàu . Vậy những yêu cầu nào người mua thường yêu cầu ?
