Hỏi về phí X-ray cho hàng nhập từ EU

Ai biết về phí X-ray áp dụng cho hàng nhập khẩu từ EU tư vấn giúp mình nhé! Phí này chỉ áp dụng với unknown shipper trong khi mình có gửi cho agent địa chỉ bên shipper rùi...:eek:
Nhân tiện ai biết về EU Aviation Security Regulation 185/2010 thì cho mình thông tin hay tài liệu lun nhé!

Mình hỏi thì được bên Agent giải thích như sau:

a new EU Aviation Security Regulation 185/2010 will apply as of april 29th,2010,
which will require adjustments to current aviation security plan, as it will for all
regulated agents.

The most serious changes within the new EU Aviation security regulation 185/2010
are applicable to security measures for "unsecured" freight.

According to the new EU aviation security regulations 185/2010, effective april 29th,2010
shippers will no longer be able to submit a security declaration to agent/carrier in order to
become a "known shipper". In consequence, all shippers who did not submit the
security declaration until april 29th,2010 will be considered as "unsecured".

Fortunately we already contacted all our existing clients to provide us with security
declarations, therefore only new routed shipments from new shippers have to be handled
as "unsecured shipment" by the carriers.

Accordingly all "unsecured shipments" must be X-rayed / scanned. Unsecure
freight where the dimensions exceed those to fit the X-ray units can only be
conditionally booked and accepted.

Scanning costs for unsecured shipments being X-rayed by carriers or Airport
Warehouse Authorities will be charged to shipping agents.


Vậy có thể hiểu là những công ty chưa được chứng nhận là "known spr" tính đến ngày 29/4/2010 sẽ bị xếp vào danh sách "unknown spr" (?!)
